Cottage Tariffs

Letting week (7 days) runs Tuesday to Tuesday to take advantage of cheaper mid week sailings.

Ballacowell cottage is let for two weeks for TT and Manx Grand Prix.

A deposit of 50% of the final balance is required.
Your booking will be confirmed in writing on receipt of a completed booking form and the required deposit.
The balance of the monies due are to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
When a booking is less than 6 weeks ahead of your arrival, please send the total amount due with your booking form.
If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your stated date of arrival then you are liable for the full balance due.
For the above reason we strongly advise you take out holiday insurance.
A damage security fee of £50 is payable and will be held until the end of your stay. If damages, breakages or excessive cleaning costs occur this will be deducted from the fee and any balance returned by cheque the week after departure.
Cheques should be made out to Ms M Bedey.

We will endeavour to ensure the cottage is ready for you by 3.30 pm and you are asked to vacate the cottage by 11.00 am on your leaving day.
Prices include heating, water, electricity and VAT.
Fresh towels and bed-linen are supplied weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
If you would like a starter grocery pack then please let us know your requirements.
We aim to provide high quality clean accommodation and we would ask for your co-operation to maintain this standard.
Complaints should be made to the proprietor.
Please report any damage so that this may be rectified.
Personal belongings, baggage and vehicles are at your risk at all times.
Accommodation is restricted to the number of persons specified.
We reserve the right to ask anyone found to be causing a problem or nuisance to leave.
The cottage cannot be sub-let without the proprietor's consent.
The proprietor is to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time.
